Description

How do we design better ways for leaders, researchers, and practitioners to navigate complexity and decide together?

The Association of Value Webs (TAVWs) is hosting a global virtual meet-up to shape the evolution of Assembly and we are inviting our community to build it with us.

Assembly is the living network where practice meets community. Whether you guide multi-stakeholder convenings, design collaborative processes, or bridge academic research with real-world field execution, this meet-up is an open space to share insights, explore emergent models, and learn from one another. We plan to discuss:

  • Building Decentralized Gatherings: Exploring how community members can host or test lightweight local, regional, or virtual meet-ups with Association support.
  • Bridging Research & Field Practice: Connecting hard-won facilitation wisdom with research on collaboration, creativity, and decision science.
  • Low-Friction Co-Creation: Designing ways for practitioners to raise their hand, test an event concept, or share a framework without taking on a heavy, long-term administrative burden.

Who Should Join: Facilitators, process architects, researchers, organizational leaders, and community conveners interested in advancing the human craft of complex decision-making.
