The Mastery Council

Preserving and extending the lineage of this work — by recognizing and celebrating the practitioners whose standard of work makes them exemplars for the whole community.

What it is

The Mastery Council is a group of senior master practitioners, entrusted by the global community to recognize mastery in the MG Taylor / Collaboration Code System and Method. Its members review the work of aspiring masters, offer feedback and supportive counsel, and recognize practitioners whose work meets the standard.

The hallmarks of mastery

Work recognized at the mastery level:

  • Exemplifies a high level of proficiency in design and delivery — representing the best of the current state of play;
  • Innovates and extends the work, making original contributions to the system and method and its application to new contexts;
  • Demonstrates skill and high ethical standards in working with clients, sponsors, and KnowledgeWorker teams; and
  • Actively teaches and mentors less-experienced practitioners.

Convened by

The Council is convened by Rob Evans, the Association’s Mastery Lead, alongside senior masters from across the Americas, Europe & the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

Coming soon

A recognition pathway for aspiring masters, and a directory of Recognized Masters, will be published here as the program launches. Curious about the path to mastery? Reach out to the Academy team.
